Product Summary

The AIMS Power 1500-Watt Pure Sine Low Frequency Inverter Charger combines an inverter, built-in battery charger, and transfer switch in one unit, built for small industrial applications that depend on power staying available under heavy load. It delivers a 4,500-watt surge for 20 seconds and 1,500 watts continuously, and accepts any source of 120V AC power to charge batteries, including a gas or diesel generator, shore power at an RV park or truck stop, or an extension cord run from a household outlet. Battery priority mode lets the system run directly off a battery bank rather than a generator or other AC source, and a power saver mode pulses every 30 seconds to detect a load of 25 watts or more before switching on — otherwise the unit sleeps at roughly half an amp per hour, preserving reserve capacity until you need it. Low-voltage shutdown protects the bank by holding the cutoff at either 10 or 10.5 volts, selectable to suit your batteries. Auto frequency detection allows operation in any country using 120VAC output, and connection options include a dual-plug GFCI outlet with reset button or a direct three-wire terminal. An optional wired remote makes operation convenient when the unit is mounted somewhere hard to reach, such as inside a vehicle cab or elsewhere in a home or campsite. Suited to renewable solar, off-grid home and business backup, mobile and emergency backup power, and smaller RVs or boats, this inverter charger is backed by a 3-year warranty and lifetime tech support.
