    Does the drop gate on spreader close down automatically or must it be shut manually when you stop moving with tractor or does it keep dropping fertilizer when stopped?

  3. this says it can adjust Spread width from 8 to 10 feet. How? What would be the best setting for Pennington weed and feed? How fast should you be going on tractor?

    1. Application rate is a general setting of 3 to 5 for light to heavy application for 6 to 10 feet spread with depending on the weight of the material. The maximum speed is 3 mph. Agri-Fab does not offer settings for specific products/brands.
