ENDURO-FLEX™ ALU uses a superior zirconia alumina grain blend that is free of iron, sulfur and chlorine and a specially engineered coating to achieve industry leading results when blending aluminum. This disc’s superior life can also be attributed to the combination of exclusive WALTER technologies, MAX LIFE™ cold curing glue which eliminates heat from the manufacturing process to provide you with the freshest grains possible and an ECO-TRIM™ backing which absorbs vibration and can be easily trimmed back to extend disc life. Thanks to its high removal rates, and resistance to glazing, ENDURO-FLEX™ ALU is the optimal choice for operators looking to enhance both quality and productivity when working with aluminum or other heat sensitive metals.
