With the ShelfLinks shelf kit, you can make sturdy custom shelving that will fit anywhere. Just add 2x4s to make shelves in any length, height and configuration. It's your call!

Easy to Build

The ShelfLinks shelf kit is easy to assemble, using only a powered screwdriver and a saw. Only straight cuts are required — no miters or angles. All hardware is included.

ShelfLinks are Strong

You don't have to put up with flimsy shelves anymore! Made of heavy-gauge structural resin and assembled with rugged 2x4s, ShelfLinks can support spans up to 8 feet and hold up to 1,000 lbs. per shelf. You can also attach your ShelfLink unit to the wall when tipping may be a concern.

  1. With reference to the shelf unit in the listing photo, are the uprights each one continuous 2X4 or are they each in 3 sections?

    1. The Instructions say one piece to length you wish. I tried making it with short sections. I does not work, at all!

    It looks like this model's depth is 18". Does it come in 24"?

    1. From my measurements, it is 16". I have never seen them offered in any other width.

    1. 2x4 Basics shelf links are designed to be put together using the manufacturer's assembly instructions and recommended lumber sizes, 3/4" plywood would not be recommended.

  6. End caps at bottom?

    Do you carry any kind of heavy duty plastic end cap for the 2X4 that touches the floor to protect the wood from moisture?
