The BAC-W465P185515 12,000 lb. Weight Distribution Hitch is the ideal way to improve towing safety and ride quality. It is designed to evenly distribute trailer tongue weight between the tow vehicle and trailer, which helps reduce sway, minimize fishtailing, and maintain a level towing position for greater stability and control. The system is rated for trailers up to 12,000 lbs. gross trailer weight with a maximum tongue weight of 1,200 lbs. It is constructed of heavy-duty steel with forged solid steel spring bars for dependable strength. Universal round spring bars can be installed on either side and utilize a positive latching design for secure operation. An adjustable forged shank and heavy-duty formed head allow for proper hitch height adjustment, while the durable black powder-coated finish helps resist rust and corrosion. Pre-installed U-bolts and chain assemblies make setup fast and easy. Includes hook-up brackets and hardware; hitch ball sold separately. Not compatible with surge brake systems.
