Ronald K “I paid $179.00 for a name-brand cross-vise (non-swivel type) 2-3 years ago and the quality of Northern's item# 153808 is the same. I needed a 2nd cross-vise for my bench mount drill press. So, if you want an excellent cross-vise, then buy this one. If you think you will get a better cross-vise by paying close to $200.00, you won't. You can use this one for minor milling also, just like the hi-dollar ones ... Infact, except for the fact that this one swivels 360°, I can not tell any difference between this one & my $179.00 cross-vise. I paid $140.00 for a name plate!!! ”

I was doubtful but lo and behold, on the sixth day, my doorbell rang and here was my UPS guy in brown delivering my coveted snow shovel. I was surprised at the distance that it throws the snow - I thought it would be a wimpy thing but not so!
