Product Recall for Powerhorse 13000ES Generator — Item #799215
Affected Units
All units sold before September 12, 2020. If you are unsure if your unit is part of this recall, call Powerhorse Product Support at 1-866-443-2576 and provide the serial number located on the lower frame of the unit.
Reason for Recall
A wiring error has potential for electric shock if not grounded according to instructions. The wiring error ONLY affects the L5-30R receptacle providing 120V / 30A power (possibly used for RV and Marina applications).
Immediate Consumer Action
Stop using the L5-30R 120V / 30A receptacle.
