  1. Is posible a rubber suspension axle for a covered cargo axle trailer of 2000# capacity

    1. i do not see why you would not beable to chage over to a rubber cored torflex axel there are some that are designed to handle weights up to 7000lbs and they do have electric brakes as well.

    2. Yes, it is possible to use a rubber torsion axle on a covered cargo trailer. We offer a number of axles that could work depending on your application. Look under the key specs when viewing any of the axles to see if they will fit the trailer that you want to put them on.

    Ok, I am looking at axles. I have set of plans. I don't see what the axle width is?

    1. The axle should have an 89" hub face and a 74" spring center.

    What is the trailer BOX size? Is the box 16 foot long? Or is that the overall trailer length?

    1. The inside dimension with the door open measures 82" wide and 71" high and the inside wall dimension measures 92" wide and 76" high.
      This item is a blueprint for building a trailer as long as it is built according to the plans, the outside dimensions are 16' long and 8' wide . Including the fenders, the overall outside dimension is 8' 4" wide and 16' long.
