    1. Not with the hardware they include, but it could probably be done.

    2. The light is not meant to be mounted on a pole. The mounting bracket is designed to be mounted on a flat surface.

    3. The bracket included with this unit requires a flat surface of approximately 6" x 2" for installation. If such surface can be recreated on a pole, it may be possible to install it.

    Does the unit have a switch to keep it on when you need it to stay on for a period of time without walking around to create motion?

    1. 3 position switch. Center off. Swtich one way, constantly on, switch the other way the sensor comes into play.

    2. The continuous ON function will only last approximate one hour before the battery is fully depleted. The light is designed mainly as a motion light.

    I live in central NY where the winter temps can get pretty cold. Will this light perform well here or is there another model you could recommend?

    1. This unit has 80 LED lights which can operate in temperatures of around -40 degrees F. but the rechargeable batteries function can diminish at around the -4 degree F. mark.
