  1. Does this jack have a smooth, controlled release?

    My jacks are very hard to release slowly. All or nothing for the most part. Thank you.

    1. Not really, I have to be careful when lowering it. But, it can be lowered slowly.

    2. To have a smooth and controlled release, the handle needs to be turned counter-clockwise slowly. If turned too quickly, the jack will drop.

  2. Low profile?

    My car is 5 1/2" behind front tire. 5 7/8" in front of rear tire. Will this jack front lift pad clear the low lift points on my car? Thanks.

  3. Is the black rotating cup on the saddle removable so a lift bar can be used?

    1. The saddle can be removed for replacement, but it is not intended to be adapted to any other accessories. We do not recommend switching the saddle out for a lift bar.

    1. This low-profile floor jack does not have a transmission adapter available.

  5. Is the jack pad removable to add other accy's?

    1. The Strongway Hydraulic Quick Lift Service Jack's saddle cannot be removed to add other accessories. The bolt shown in the image is only to secure the saddle in place.
