  2. I have a Stihl hedge trimmer and Stihl trimmer that use the AP 300 Battery. What is the difference between the AP 300 S and the AP 300 batteries, and can I use the AP 300 battery on this pole trimmer?

    1. The AP 300 S can power all Stihl tools in the AP range and lasts longer than the AP 300. It also has a power to weight advantage over the AP 300, they will run until the battery is depleted so there is no gradual reduction in power. The AP 300 S or the AP 300 battery can be used on this pole pruner.
