    1. We would not recommend modifying the garage as doing so may void the warranty.

    1. The garage will come with a standard roll up door. The manufacturer does not offer another door option for this garage.

  3. what is needed for a base

    1. The slab should be at least 4" thick. It must be level and flat to provide good support for the frame. More details are found on page 5 of the manual which is located on the product page online.
