  1. What is the smallest generator that can run this tablesaw?

    I would like to know how to calculate this sort of thing. I often find machines only listing the amps and then the generators have Watts. What is the formula for figuring this out?

    1. 15 amps x 120 volts = 1800. Then add about 50% for heavy draw under load as when ripping. That makes 2,700 watts. You are probably safe with 2,500 watts.

    2. Amps x Volts = Watts.
      This saw draws requires 13 amps at 120 volts. Therefore, it requires a minimum of 1560 watts.

    1. This Rockwell saw is not belt drive you would install the blade on the shaft of the motor.

  3. What is the max rip capacity of this saw both left and right?

    1. The manufacturer does not list a rip capacity. The saw does have a cutting capacity of 3" at a 90 degree angle and 2 1/2" at a 45 degree angle, for both right and left.

    1. On this Rockwell benchtop table saw, you can use any replacement blade. As long as it is the same specifications as the old blade.
