  1. Will this reel work if mounted from a 14' high ceiling?

    1. Yes it will. You will need to move the black rubber stop so that the hose will stay within reach

    2. There's really no reason why it wouldn't, but make sure you don't reel it all the way up and then can't reach the hose.

    3. Yes but I wouldn't recommend it. It's 26' long, so from the ground to the ceiling you lose more than 1/2 your working length. I guess if you didn't have to move much laterally it would work, but this doesn't sound like a good setup. Maybe pipe your air from the compressor to a better location for the reel? Just a thought.

    4. The Reelcraft Air/Water Hose Reel with Hose can be mounted to a 14' ceiling, however cannot be mounted to a 16' or higher ceiling.

    1. This hose reel comes ready for water or air use. The inlet connection size is 3/8 inch NPT and the outlet on the end of the hose is 1/4 inch NPT.

    1. The Reelcraft Hose Reel has a 3/8 inch NPT ( national pipe thread ) inlet fitting which would be incompatible with a standard garden hose.

  5. Would this water hose support my workspace 16ftx30ft or 40ft sq ft of

    480sq ft or 640sq ft. I need to be able to wash down vehicles, motorcycles, equipment, wash the floor out.

    1. The Reelcraft Hose Reel with 50 feet of hose should easily be able support a workspace of 16 feet by 30 feet.
