  1. what kind of charger would i use for these batteries?

    1. These Rechargeable Lithium Ion Batteries would require a charger designed to work with 3.7 volt, type 18650 batteries. Unfortunately we do not sell this charger at this time.

  2. should drain lithium battery before charging

    1. The batteries do last longer when you let them run down completely before recharging them, but is not necessary for them to be completely dead before charging.
