    Can camera be wired to stay on all the time when going down the road? I want to see what is going on behind the trailer as we pull it down the road.

    1. The backup camera is powered by making an electrical connection to the wires in the trunk area that go to the backup light. The camera is turned on when you put the car in reverse because that is when the backup light is energized. This is not able to be wired so that the camera is on at all times.
