  1. does this inverter have a cooling fan? i am looking for a silent inveter for low power applications

    1. It has a very small one. It is quiet you won't be disappointed.

    4. It does have a cooling fan, but I don't think it has ever come on. I use it for charging my cell phone (Blackberry), which is a pretty low draw application.

  2. will this power a 75 watt 110v light bulb without over heating or draining the vehicle battery?

    1. I run an LED one with mine. Can't speak for other bulbs though.

    2. This pocket inverter will provide up to 100 watts of AC power so it's capable of running the 75 watt light bulb without overheating. However, there would be a drain on the vehicle's battery. The 75 watt light bulb would draw approximately 6.25 amps per hour from the battery.

  3. Will this work for charging my 18 volt cordless tool batteries?

    1. This, and all our modified sinewave inverters should not be used to recharge batteries. They are not designed for it and will damage the unit.

  4. Would I be able to run an electric coffee maker using this if my power were out?

    1. This would not power a coffee maker. While you would need to check your specific model, most coffee makers use 1500-2000 watts when running. Wattage is found by multiplying amps x volts.
