This NorTrac Top Link Hydraulic Cylinder includes a double pilot-operated check valve to help lock the cylinder and prevent drift.

    1. We do not offer valves to operate this top link. Normally the valve would be part of the tractor's hydraulic system.

  2. Where do you connect the two hydraulic hoses to the tractors hydraulic system ?

    1. The hoses would connect from the top link to the hydraulic hose connections on the tractor. These connections are typically found near the attachment mounting point.

  3. What is the center to center distance between the two ends

    1. The center to center distance when the cylinder is collapsed is 21.5". The center to center distance when the cylinder is extended is 31.5".

  4. What is the width of the link top or bottom where it connects to tractor or implement .

    1. On the fixed end, the width is 2.96" (75.10mm) and on the dynamic end, the width is 2.95" (75.03mm).

  5. wat is the inside ball diameter on both the pin ends? im wondering if its for a 1 inch pin

    1. This top link cylinder will use a 1" diameter pin on both ends.

  6. This cylinder has a "double-piloted check valve", does it have some sort of manual override to turn it into floating mode? What are the pin hole sizes and ball width on both tractor and implements ends? Thank you.

    1. This hydraulic top link cylinders does not have a float mode. Since the standard use of a top link does not include a float mode – especially with a manual toplink – this is not something included with these cylinders. Generally it would be the tractor that would have the float mode for the 3pt attachment
      and the top link is used only to adjust the angle of the implement that is attached.

      The ball thickness for this unit is 2”. The outside width of the ball is 2”, as well.
