The NorTrac® 35XTD bulldozer is incredibly strong and versatile, perfect for tough earth moving, ground leveling, road carving and deforestation jobs for estate owners, landscape contractors, municipal workers and builders. The 4-cylinder, 35 HP diesel engine provides enough power to move tons of dirt, gravel and other materials around your jobsite. The manual 8 forward and 2 reverse speed transmission provides the right gear for any situation. Single dry disk diaphragm-spring clutch, 10in., pedal control. 2-shaft, 8 forward and 2 reverse, sliding gear shift gearbox. Multiple dry cerametallic disk steering clutches with pedal control. Engine performance is monitored by the fuel, oil pressure, and temperature gauges as well as the Amp meter and tachometer. With a Category 1 rear hitch, the dozer can be used with implements such as a backhoe, post hole digger, cultivator and more. Includes a heavy-duty seat and easy-to-use controls. 2-year consumer limited warranty; 6 month commercial limited warranty.

  1. how do you control the angle?

    How do you control the angle if it is on the joy stick where and how does that work?

    1. Move the joy stick left and right for tilt and turn the joystick, actually twist it like a knob for angle

    2. There is a joy stick on the right side. It is on a 6 way valve that you can move side to side, up and down twist in different directions for the angle you need.

  2. Can this bulldozers cut through sodded ground like making a pond? Can it push over tree stumps?

    1. Cuts through dirt well. I suppose it could build a pond if it didn't have to dig up huge rocks or shale. Won't push over big tree stumps.Maybe small ones

    2. This is just a small bulldozer and would not be able to handle building a large pond, but could possibly handle a small pond. It could push over small tree stumps but nothing too big.

  3. can you get rippers for it?

    1. . Using the category 1 hitch, you can also use the box blade as a ripper as most box blades have ripper teeth. Taking into consideration the size of this dozer, I believe that is your best option.

  4. Does it have a PTO shaft ?

    1. This NorTrac 35XTD bulldozer does have a PTO shaft. Power is transmitted from the PTO shaft, extending from the rear of the dozer’s differential housing, through a rotating driveshaft connected to the implement. The PTO has two speeds: 540 and 720 RPM.

  9. Can a rock rake or root grapple be attached, is the blade removable?

    Can the blade be removed and replaced with a rock bucket or grapple for lifting and moving logs?

    1. This bulldozer isn't compatible with a rock rake or root grapple. While the blade on this bulldozer can be detached, the attaching/connecting points aren't the same as a rock rake or root grapple's.
