  4. Hello, What is the actual profile and length of the B1880 fan belt for the Nortrac 72 inch Finishing Mower (Item #51486, 51487, 51488 on my Owners Manual). Thanks for your time. Robert

    1. The B1880 V belt is 74". It is 0.67" wide and 0.44" thick.

  5. does it have a front guard?

    most have a chair guard on front and back.

    1. This finish mower does not have a front chain guard (safety chains). The front of the deck does hang lower than the rear deck area where the safety chains hang. Inside the deck, the area in front of each blade also has skirting/deflectors to reduce the chances of objects being ejected forward. The underside of the deck can be viewed in the owner's manual.   6. more grease spindle questions

    i see the zerks on the wheel vertical shafts, but was meaning to ask about fittings on the blade spindles. don't see any way to get to them without removing two top plates on the mower

    1. Grease fittings for the blade spindles are on the front of the spindle housing, facing the front, and under the pulley. Both side belt shields need to be removed to lubricate. Blade spindles must be lubricated after every eight hours of use.
