    1. No, this mini box fan can not be wired to have forward and reverse.

    What plug type does it use, can you say specifically?

    1. This unit does not come with a plug. It has two wires and needs to be hardwired to a DC electrical source.

  3. What size solar panel would be needed to run fan?

    1 answer

    1. This fan will use 6 watts continuously while it runs. You would want to use a battery to run the fan and a solar panel sized according to your battery. A solar panel connected directly to the fan would not give out consistent amounts of power to the fan and could either give it too much power or on a cloudy day, not enough power. A small solar panel would keep a constant charge on a 12 volt battery to run this fan as the draw is very slight.
