  1. What is the difference between this and a regular pro press gun from Milwaukee? Does this work on all pro press fittings?

    1. This model throw press tool is for PEX crimp rings only. The ProPress guns are for metal pipe. It would not work on all the ProPress fittings.

    1. You cannot get PEX crimp jaws larger than 1″ for this unit.

    1. The tool is designed for PEX only. It will not work with crimping battery cables.

  4. Can this tool press copper with the right jaws also press iron pipe with the mega jaws ?

    1. M18 Short Throw Press Tool Kit crimps ASTM F1807 and F2159 PEX crimp rings up to 1 in. There is not a compatible jaw that would allow you to press copper.

  5. I've just recently purchased the milwaukee 18 volt Pea press are the copper press jaws interchangeable?

    1. The press tool is not interchangeable with copper press jaws. It is designed to be used with Pex only.
