    1. Hi, The 2605-20 rotary SDS Plus hammer bits do not "tighten down" The bit should be simply inserted into the spindle and held into place by a steel ball and driven by two [2] internal driving lugs. If you need more assistance please contact our Service Support at 1-800-729-3878. Thanks!
