  2. Does the head of this impact driver rotate? Looking at the pictures it shows the impact drivers head has been rotated 90 degrees.

    1. The head of this right angle impact driver can be rotated. To remove the drive head, loosen the head screw. Rotate the head to the desired position, re-install, and tighten the head screw.
