    1. This engine is a newer, more powerful model that supersedes the PA-CV740-0039 model. It can be used as a direct replacement.

    1. The engine would use a traditional carburetor for fuel delivery.

    1. The oil drain plug size for the Kohler PA-CV742-3023 engine is a 17mm hex head. The thread size is M16-1.50.

  6. How to change air filter

    1. You would remove the screen on top by the bolts and remove it. The air filter would sit beneath it. Just pull it out and insert the new filter. Be sure to wipe off any dust off the top and on the inside to keep it as clean as possible
