  2. Is the bearing plastic or is it metal?

    This bearing on the wheel side and I want to know if it is plastic or metal. It says that there is one in the manual but not what its made of.

    Replacement grinder for the #168631 says it can be operated manually, but I don't see a handle. How do you do that then?

  4. What size of sheer key does it take?

    Metric or standard? Do you sell sheer keys or do I have to order from Manufacture?

  5. Are the plates standard size #32 Plates ?

    Can I purchase plates from other brand #32 Meat grinders for this grinder ?

    I don't see chopping plates in the manual for this grinder and might like to also like use the grinder for large scale vegetable processing for my summer canning and other events.

    If they are standard size what other brands interchange with this unit ?

  7. What is the capacity of this unit?

    Can you tell me if this unit is capable of grinding fish for chum which would include grinding of bones and skin as well and if I can get larger plates for larger pieces of fish?
