  1. Bead Breaker?

    Does this tool break the bead or help in breaking the bead? Everytime I keyword search breaking an ag tire bead - I find this tool referenced.

    I don't expect it break every bead - but the guy who usually does my tires doesnt really use a bead breaker...he just shows up w what I thought were two spoons and popped the tire...then I tried it w a spoon and no good!

    1. No, they don't really work that well for breaking the bead. You want either the slide hammer bead breaker or there are small solid steel wedge like tools for breaking the bead that you hit with a hammer.

    2. This tire iron is not intended to break the bead on a tire. Item #1359240 would be a better option for breaking a bead.
