    1. If you have an open station series, the step will fit the 4020. You would need the adapter, item #174012 for it.

    1. If you have an open station series, the step will fit the 3020. You would need the adapter, item #174012 for it.

    can hand rail be put on the other side of step?

    1. This is the step only. The handrail is sold separately as item 174011, shown below. This can only be mounted on the left side of the step. If the right handrail is needed, it is model 3344. At this time, Northern Tool does not offer the right side handrail, it will need to be purchased from the manufacturer.
