  1. It says it comes with 2 halogen 500 watt bulbs. Does it use 2 bulbs at once or does it take one and gives you a spare.

  2. heat build up

    does the entire surface get very hot.can this be used for long periods of time or have to be shut off because of the heat build up.

    1. The surface of halogen lamps gets hot so a protective screen is placed over the glass and a heat warning is displayed on the back of the housing. The light will work continuously for about 10 hours.
      We recommend shutting it off after that duration of time and waiting for it to cool before using it again.
