  1. Does this wrench require lubrication? IE: Oiled air?

    1. Yes it does but you do not need anything more than a bottle of air tool oil to put a few drops in the tool before each use. Nothing worse than oil in your ail line when trying to blow the dust off the dash of your truck.

    2. This Ingersoll Rand Composite Air Impact Wrench requires oil and grease. It comes greased and should be re-greased every 40 hours. It does not come oiled, and oil should be applied according to manufacturer directions.

  2. What is dB rating?

    Information indicates, "low Noise" but there is no noise level information. What is the dB rating of this gun?

    1. it says low noise but that is at free running pressure.
      free run press.82dB/power 92dB and impacting press.93.3dB/power 104.3dB. the vibration level is 4.4m/s. sq. this information is available at the IR web site. hope that helps
