    1. The tines on this tiller are dual rotating. They can rotate in either the same direction as the wheels or the opposite direction.

  2. Does the tiller have an electric start or can one be added if not?

    1. This tiller does not come with electric start. You cannot make this unit electric start because the flywheel would need to be different than the one which comes with this unit plus you would need to add a charging alternator and a battery. There would be no place to mount a battery and charging system on this unit.

  3. does this tiller have a furrow attatchment?

    1. The tiller can be used with a 10" furrow attachment. Northern does not carry this attachment.

  4. What is the difference between the DRT900CARB and the DRT900?

    1. The features and specifications of the tillers are the same with the only difference being that the DRT900CARB is carb approved for the State of California.
