It features one 3.7-gal. and two 1.3-gal. stainless steel frying baskets and a cover that doubles as a food pan. The metal frame with reinforced legs ensures stability. Stainless steel oil vats and utensil holder, and a metal accessory basket are designed for maximum efficiency. The frame encases 2 high-pressure cast iron LP gas burners that produce 50,000 BTUs each. Includes LP gas regulator and hose, a cooking thermometer and a heat-resistant glove.   9. I'm looking at it unless my eyes are that bad how do you turn this on I was reading I didn't see anything I don't see any knob I don't see any butane takes so how do you turn this on? Just

    1. This deep fryer operates by lighting the burners. Before you light the burners, first open the propane tank valve, then start the ON/OFF valve, and finally adjust the regulators on the fryer. Once that is done, the burners can be lit.
