    1. On this battery there will be a code molded into the plastic on the top near the middle of the battery. The code is a 6-7 digit number. The first 2 digits signify the year and month the battery was manufactured. Digits 3,4,& 5 are the facility that produced the battery and digits 6 & 7 (if needed) are to identify the day of month. Month codes are listed below.

      A= January C= March E= May G= July J= September L=November

      B= February D= April F= June H= August K= October M= December
