    Will this drill through frozen ground? Is there any other factor which make it easier to do so, such as a machine with hydraulic down force, different bits, etc.?

    1. This unit will not drill in frozen ground. The ground must be warm to work.

  3. what is the maximum depth i can extend to and/or drill?

    1. You can add two of the 18" Ardisam extension shafts with this power head. Those two extensions added on to the Ardisam bits will make your total digging depth 72". Please see the recommended items below for the extension shaft.
