    1. This unit has a built in charger system only. You cannot purchase a replacement charger because it is built into the unit itself.

  3. How often does this unit need to be charged to maintain a jump start status?

    1. This unit has an internal battery. Like any battery it loses electricity as time goes by from a full charge status. The amount of loss of electricity is a variable based on several factors like the temperature the unit is stored in and condition of the battery itself. Cold temps rob a battery of power quicker and the amount and speed of loss can depend on how cold it is. Also the age and condition of the internal battery plays a factor. There is no exact answer as to how often the battery needs to be charged to maintain a jump start status.
