What is the difference between the gray 20v/60v and the yellow 20v and 60v. What is the long amp hours 20volt with out the 60 volt options?

The gray batteries use an older cells and only provide 2 Ah on 60 volts and the yellow uses a newer, higher output cells that provide better run time and performance giving you the 6.0 Ah on both 20 volt and 60 volts. The 20 volt would run approximately 1.5-3 hours on 20 volt tools, and can vary depending on the tool.
