    1. It needs to be calibrated to your specific vehicle. A manual calibration is recommended if there is any change in factory specifications to the vehicle.

    1. This system collects information from several sensors from within the vehicles computer system including vehicle speed, braking, and acceleration information to calculate the weight information it reports. No additional hardware is required.
