    how many times can you sharpen a 9inch filet knife before you need to chang the sharpening wheels or stones.

    1. There are too many variables to determine how many sharpens the stones will last. It will determine how often you will be sharpening, if it is being done correctly, what you are sharpening. This is not a commercial duty sharpener. The unit comes with a 3 year warranty.
