The Champion Power Equipment 201407 11,000-Watt Portable Inverter Generator with CO Shield® is designed with your safety and convenience in mind. A cost-effective solution that delivers power and peace of mind, this generator will provide all the backup power you need for power outages and emergencies. For projects, the 459cc Champion single-cylinder OHV engine has what it takes to handle a multitude of power tools and large equipment you need to get the job done. Champion has convenience covered. Starting and stopping your generator from up to 80ft. away with the wireless remote key fob is a snap. No matter what you’re powering, you’ll enjoy the on/off push-button power with electric start, battery included. The foldaway easy-grip handle and included wheel kit with never-flat tires make it a cinch to move your power where you need it. At 11,000 starting watts and 9000 running watts, this unit can handle it all in an outage – lights, refrigerator, modem/router, security system, window AC, furnace blower, TV, computer, phone charger and more. Fill up the 6.1-gallon tank of gasoline, and enjoy up to 15 hours of power at 25% load. From 23ft., the noise level is 64 dBA, a bit louder than a vacuum cleaner. Designed with a low oil shut-off switch, this unit has a 1.2-quart oil capacity (recommended 10W-30). Confidently connect your sensitive electronics since this inverter produces Clean Power (less than 3% THD). All the outlets have covers to protect them from moisture and dirt and include two 120V 20A GFCI protected duplex household outlets (5-20R), a 120/240V 30A locking outlet (L14-30R), a 120/240V 37.5A outlet (14-50R), and a 12V automotive-style outlet. The Intelligauge with Power Meter monitors voltage, frequency and operating hours with ease, while Economy Mode monitors power consumption in real time to reduce engine wear. As the electrical load is reduced, the inverter reduces engine speed, providing quieter operation, extended engine life and higher fuel economy. This generator is EPA certified.
