  1. How resistant is this to various solvents/degreasing chemicals?

    Have truck fleet with large industrial engines operated in extreme conditions, intended purpose is to pretreat engines, radiators and heat exchangers before high pressure washing.

    1. The Campbell Hausfeld airless paint sprayer could be used with some solvents or degreasing chemicals. This would depend on the harshness of the chemical as the o rings will not tolerate this type of chemical.

  2. What does this run on gas?

    We own a small horse farm with 2800 linear feet of 3 and 4 board fencing....plus 2 small shed row barns. I'm looking for a sprayer in which I can paint the fence black latex then clean the sprayer thoroughly and then stain my small barns, 12x36 and 12x24. Your thoughts on this for the job? Thanks for any guidance. mdg

    1. This Campbell Hausfeld 1 HP Airless Paint Sprayer runs on 110v electric. This paint sprayer will work well as long as you are close enough to an electric source. Listed below are two gas powered paint sprayers for remote painting where electric is not available.

    What is the difference in Model number PS270D and PS290D.

    1. The Model number PS290D has two 50' hoses that are included for a a total of 100' of reach. It also has 2 tips included which are the 415 and the 517 which is used for spraying thicker material. The sprayers are new products.
