The self-contained Cadet Softheat® Hydronic Baseboard Heater is recommended for nurseries and bedrooms as well as for those with severe allergies. The Softheat hydronic baseboard heater uses an environmentally friendly circulating heat transfer fluid to provide steady, uniform warmth with longer heat retention and minimal temperature variation. Requires no plumbing, piping, water supply or regular refilling. Perfect for supplemental warmth for a cold room or to replace old heaters.

  1. Is the mounting hardware included for the Cadet Softheat Hydronic Baseboard Heater - 750 Watt, 47" Model #EBHA750W?

    We are looking to replace the same model (Intertherm). The pair we have is approx. 30 yrs. old. Do we need to purchase a new thermostat? The one we have now works just fine. The heaters work fine too, just beat up after raising 3 kids.

    1. Yes, I would recommend the thermostat be changed due to their age. Its too risky not to replace the thermostats.

    2. The Cadet Softheat does not come with a thermostat. One would have to be purchased locally. The mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.

  2. Will the oil in heater freeze below 32 degree's when unit is turned off ?
