  1. How exactly does this work. Where do you mount it in the vehicle?

    1. It has an adhesive backing and sticks to your car. You wire it directly to the battery

    2. You can mount it to the battery or anywhere under the hood as long as the wires to the battery are long enough. I did not mount it to the battery because when I change the battery I would have to remount it.

    3. Unit senses current drain to battery (dome light, etc). Mount on side of battery or any flat area near battery.

    4. anyplace that will allow for good sound from vehicle, out of areas were it might get wet.

    5. Hooks up to your + and - on your car Battery super easy!
      Mounts with adhesive anywhere close to your battery area, it does hold very well also. Don't worry you'll enjoy having it.

    6. This is a one piece self contained alarm system with an ear piercing siren. It also has a full time panic button and remote car finder. You install this near the battery and connect it to the battery. It's a very fast and easy install.

  2. wouldn't this alarm run my battery down over time, hooking straight to battery?

    1. It shouldn't. I have mine hooked up to the battery wothout starting my vehicle for a week and it had no problem starting.

    2. I have one on my car and one on my truck. Each one sits for days sometimes and I have not had any battery issues yet. Not sure what will happen during the winter.

    3. Probably over an extremely LONG time. Would suspect Car battery would "just" deteriorate on its own before the small current draw would effect.

    5. The Bulldog Security Remote Vehicle Alarm System can cause some battery draining overtime, but in most cases, the amp draw will be minimal. It can vary based on the amount of usage.

  3. New Remote - Double Alarm ?

    I already have an identical 'Bull Dog' alarm installed in my truck. So... will I have to distance each vehicle if I place a new one in my car when I use a single remote ?

    1. The remote will only operate the alarm it is programmed to and it cannot be programmed to operate two different alarms at the same time.
