  1. The specs say it has 3 filters, but in the shipping info it says it comes with 1 filter. Can you describe the filters and how many of them there are? I have one of these and want another just like it.

    1. There are three filters with the purifier. The filters will be a HEPA, carbon and prefilter. The replacement filter pack will be part number MS3868F. To order, please contact our parts department at 800-657-0516.
