    1. It was not too hard. Came apart quickly and easily.

    2. It is very easy to remove the cutting wheel. In the center there is a plastic knob that turns clock-wise to remove.

    3. The blade removes very easily. There is a knob in the center of the blade that you turn and it will release the blade to remove it.

    1. It should cut bacon. You would just support the end of the slab if it is longer than the tray.

    1. It is recommended to use a knife stone to sharpen the blade. The housing is constructed of aluminum, the sliding food carriage is constructed of ABS and the food carriage shaft is constructed of stainless steel.
