These 3M WorkTunes Connect with Bluetooth® Wireless Technology Earmuffs provide protection, connection and entertainment all in one. Ideal for protecting ears from continuous noise on the job, these earmuffs feature a Noise Reduction Rating of 24dB. They also include high fidelity speakers, so they're perfect for streaming music from your bluetooth device and taking phone calls without removing the headset. The cord-free design provides additional protection, and the adjustable no-pressure headband is engineered for safety and comfort, with an inner channel to improve comfort when worn with a hat. The lightweight and low to moderate ear cups feature soft ear cushions.

  7. How do you Pair up with blue tooth phone.?

    1. Once powered on, double press the button on the hearing protector’s right cup to enter pairing mode. You will hear “Bluetooth Pairing ON.” Make sure your Bluetooth® enabled device is scanning/searching for devices. Check your device to make sure it has discovered “WorkTunes Connect.” Select “WorkTunes Connect” to connect to the hearing protector. Once connected successfully, you will hear “Bluetooth Connected” and the LED on the right cup will turn blue. Your Bluetooth® audio volume will be controlled by your device. The next time you power up, your hearing protector will automatically connect to your device and say “Bluetooth Connected.”

    1. The volume needs to be adjusted on your device. There is not a volume adjustment on the hearing protector.

    1. This headset does not feature a microphone and is not designed to connect to another headset for communication. It can be connected via Bluetooth to your smartphone in order to receive and make phone calls.

  10. Can I connect a two-way radio with a cable and still have my phone connected via bluetooth?

    1. A two-way radio will not work with these earmuffs. Media players can be connected via the auxiliary port at the same time as a phone is connected via Bluetooth though.
