Get Ready To Clean
Before you start your next pressure washing chore, it’s important to make sure your pressure washer is ready to go. It only takes a few minutes and could save you from needless frustration.
BEFORE USE INSTRUCTIONS:
Do a quick visual inspection of main components and fluid levels. Check to make sure the oil level is at the recommended level. Check for oil, fuel or water leaks.
THINGS TO CHECK:
- Clean or replace dirty air filters.
- Clear the water inlet and inline screen.
- Consider purchasing a pressure washer hose upgrade.
- Empty the detergent tube and tank.
- Inspect Hoses, o-rings and couplings for dents and damage.
- Check spark plug for excessive carbon deposits, proper electrode gap.
- Be sure to use fresh gas and oil; this is especially important if your pressure washer has been unused for long periods of time.
- Inspect air filter, spray guns, hoses and belts for cracks.
- Check all the nozzles and tips for clogs.
