Description

Double ball raceway provides smooth swivel action. Thread guards on wheel for additional safety. Zinc plated. Brake stops wheel rotation with an easy foot motion. Wheels are rubber tread on a steel core for easy rolling and good load capacity. Recommended for hand-pushed operation.
