"I purchased this bender mostly to make S hooks and specialty brackets of round and square barstock. This unit does an excellent job for its size. With practice I've learned to make bends that previously required use of a torch and additional welding. Excellent tool."

"Wish I had gotten this thing long ago, Saves time, saves torch fuel and makes formed pieces look more professional.
I welded a short piece of square stock to the bottom plate so I can clamp it in a bench vice to use it.
I do wish that the illustrations and instructions were better as I ain't very bright and it took a little head scratching to understand how to use it."

"When I received this bender I was a little hesitant about using it. But when I finally started using the bender I really loved how easy it was. Now I can make things a lot easier without using a vise or make-shift jig to bend things. This product is awesome and I would recommend to any one who has any interest in fabricating parts."

"10 STARS!!!!! I initially purchased the bender to fabricate "L" brackets for mounting PVC fence posts to a concrete wall but after the first use I found other interesting ways to put it to use. I have made everything from simple "L" pieces and "U" Bolts to flower baskets and coat hangers. I even tried out the letter samples in the manual and now have requests to make our university logo and monogram out of Stainless Steel for some new signage around campus. I have been doing metal fabrication field off and on for almost 30 years and have used some pretty elaborate equipment but for the money spent on this item, you could not do a better job with a brake costing $1000.00's of dollars. Just wish it would do 1/2" material."

"I have had only one problem and it was mostly my fault....I bent one of the pins....this is a great bender and makes repeating parts very simple....I use it to make tool hangers and is very use full for making pipe holders and clamps..."
