"Drilling holes into concrete is not my favorite job, but the bulldog makes drilling into concrete a breeze. The chipping mode on the bulldog is the reason i picked it rather than other models. It is what makes this tool very versatile, 2 tools in 1. I have used bulldog hammer drills for years and never had a problem."

"I have used the Bulldog on job sites. So when it came time for me to buy a Rotary Hammer for myself I bought this one. I use it for all different kinds of jobs. I live on a ranch and use all the time to help dig in hard surfaces. All you need it the right bits to do the job. Unless the job requires a jackhammer this guy will do the job."

"I am in the commercial drywall business and we have used a fair number of hammer drills, but we like this bosch and it is the one you will find in most of our job boxes, but I would say if you are a homeowner I think I would recommend one with a standard chuck as opposed to the sds and probably one that is a little lighter unless you are trying to tackle a big job."

"This is the best rotary hammer I ever owned, I use them at work, so I new it was a good one. After hundreds of big jobs I'm still waiting for this BULLDOG to wear out. So I can buy a new one On my wish list from Northern T & E
Since I like to multitask jobs I bought the SDS drill 1/2" bit CHUCK to use only on rotation setting only otherwise it makes the chuck hard to work. And then you have to work the chuck open and closed tell the burs are worked out to save the chuck. But still on masonry bits say below 1/4 inch it would be ok to use on rotary hammer setting. I have no problem drilling larger holes. All my drill bits that are 1-1/4 inch and below have their shanks turned down to 1/2 inch. This Tool is the center work dog of my tools"

One tough Hammer Drill,

"If you need a real hammer drill, this is the product for you. Small hand drills with a hammer features may be OK for very light duty work, but if you need a drill to cut through concrete like butter this is the closest thing you will find. I found myself spending way too much time drill holes in concrete for installation. One install I had a hand hammer drill to break so someone loaned me this tool, and what would have normall taken an hour was competed in 10 minutes. I was so impressed that I went that very same day and purchase one for my business. This thing is tough and has already paid for itself several times just in the amount of time I save each time I have a job that I have to use it."
