This thing is a lifesaver! We do not have a truck dock unloading facility, but several times a year we need to unload pallets of material from a semi-trailer truck. Without renting a pallet jack there's no better way to get the pallets skidded to the rear of the trailer to unload with our loader and forks. Even WITH a pallet jack, it's still a backbreaking chore having to wrestle the pallets around inside the close quarters of a truck. The pallet puller makes it nearly easy - just apply grips, hook your chain to the loader, and back off slowly and the pallet slides effortlessly to the rear of the truck to be picked off and carried to its new home. The pallet puller works for nearly any pallet, regardless of size. It grips securely, and is easy to apply as well as remove. Well worth the money, and doesn't use gas or get flat tires! Amazing pallet puller Searched for this tool for several days locally. Found it here at half the price i could find it in Phoenix. It is heavy duty and works like a charm. It would be a good addition to any warehouse/yard tools set. No forl lift should be without one. July 20, 2009
